General terms and conditions

regarding the usage of Club card My Market

  1. Club card My Market is issued by and remains property of supermarkets My Market.

  2. Club card My Market is issued only to individuals above the age of 16. Each customer has the right of one Club card My Market, valid for a period of 2 years, which can then be renewed.

  3. Club card My Market is personally received after completing a registration form in supermarkets My Market or on the official website. Customers will be notified for receiving the club card on the telephone number, specified in the registration form.

  4. Usage of the Club card My Market is possible at the supermarkets, marked with this special sticker:



  5. With a purchase in one of the specified supermarkets, participating in the Customer loyalty program, the owner of the Club card is entitled to a 1% initial discount, which later on builds up in the Club card, according to the following discount plan:
    • From 0.01 to 10.00 BGN credit in the Club card- 1% discount on every purchase
    • From 10.01 to 30.00 BGN credit in the Club card- 2% discount on every purchase
    • From 30.01 to 50.00 BGN credit in the Club card- 3% discount on every purchase
    • From 50.01 to 100.00 BGN credit in the Club card- 4% discount on every purchase
    • Above 100.01 BGN credit in the Club card- 5% discount on every purchase
    *Discounts don't build up in the Club card My Market with the purchase of products with a special offer and on discount (brochures, red or yellow label), tobacco products and phone card vouchers and services.
  6. Registering credits on the Club card is conducted at the cash-out points in supermarkets My Market. The owner of the card must provide the Club card to the cashier, prior to checkout, in order to register credits for the purchase. Without providing the Club card at checkout, credits cannot be registered on the card.

  7. Registered credits on the Club card My Market are taken into account immediately after checkout and can be used right away in any of the supermarkets, marked with the above mentioned sticker.

  8. Credits, collected on Club card My Market can only be used for shopping in supermarkets My Market and cannot be exchanged for money.

  9. Discounts don't build up in the Club card My Market with the purchase of products with a special offer and on discount (brochures, red or yellow label), tobacco products and phone card vouchers and services.

  10. The collection of credits on Club card My Market is unlimited in value and duration. Information about the collected amount can be found on every receipt of purchase, where the Club card has been provided.

  11. Prior to using the credits on the Club card My Market for purchase, the cardholder needs to verify their identity by providing a personal identification document and their signature on the copy of the purchase receipt.

  12. In case of loss, theft or damage of Club card MyMarket, the cardholder should notify My Market as soon as possible. Contact us at telephone number +359 879 941 808 every weekday between 9.00-17.00 or reach out directly to the staff of supermarkets My Market. A lost, stolen or damaged Club card My Market is immediately blocked after notification and  a new one is issued if demanded, by filling out an application form and paying a fee of 1.00 BGN. All the collected credits from the previous card are transferred on the new one.

  13. An improper transaction of credits on the Club card My Market due to a technical error of the card software or an employee misconduct, is withdrawn from the card upon notification of the card holder and submitting a bilateral protocol. The Club card is annulled through official channels and the cardholder receives a new one, with their previous, lawfully collected credits.

  14. In the case of withdrawal of collected credits from the Club card, due to a checkout operator error, the credit is restored on the card, after filling out a specified protocol. The restoration of credits on the card is conducted within 3 working days.

  15. In the event that Club card My Market is not used for collecting credits within a period of one year, all the credits collected are reset and nulled.

  16. The usage of Club card My Market is possible in the supermarkets specified above, as well as in sites of partners in joint initiatives or special offers and promotions. In case of such events, all card holders and customers will be notified.

  17. In case of a technical problem with the connection between the supermarkets and the Club card software center, all discounts on Club card My Market will be accounted for immediately after the removal of the problem.

  18. In case of a change in the personal data, submitted in the registration form, please inform us at telephone number +359 879 941 808.

  19. Supermarkets My Market reserve the rights to change the terms of use of Club card My Market at any time and without notice.

  20. By accepting the General terms and conditions regarding the usage of Club card My Market, the customer agrees for their personal data to be stored and processed by My Market AD for the purposes of the Loyalty program. My Market AD is a registered administrator of personal data, in accordance with the current Data protection act, identification number 300471.
